(even Shelby Park in Memphis was great). Even after they started to regulate that beach, you could still have cheap rs gold dogs off leash within range of the water, and enforcement was relaxed. I understand that dogs can’t be allowed to roam free in park settings, but have heard that there are locations, for instance along the Harpeth, where people and dogs go for this purpose. Any ideas? (no lectures, please I agree that people and wildlife are more important.)

Making life more bearable in a province/lifestyle we hate?My husband and I are dying to move to another province where we have tons of family. People are much more laid back there; they know how to have fun without spending a lot of money. They enjoy each other’s company, chat with strangers, tell great stories and place a lot less value on money.
It’s a beautiful province with lakes and tons of beach access. Houses have decks and fireplaces. To me, it’s paradise. The family component is wonderful for my daughter.e problem is that in our home province, we make crap tons of money. Moving to the other province could mean as much as a $50,000 pay cut. We’ve decided to stay here another 2 years to build up some super savings.
My question is: What can we do to make our lives here more bearable until we are ready to move? If worthwhile, I could spend up to $500 a month on any changes. [more inside]Looking for some kind of California/Nevada resort that has baby careSo I’m dating this single mom with a 6 month old. It’s been going well but all our dates end with her rushing to take care of her baby as a mom should.
But she clearly needs a rest and I’m trying to figure out if I can take her on a vacation anywhere. Is there somewhere in the Northern California/Nevada area that is some kind of resort with stuff to do AND offers babysitting for a six month old as part of the package? Is there a name for resorts or vacations or recreation options like this? As a single guy with no kids I have no idea what the options are here.
Recent science memoirs by women, or documentaries about women scientistsI’m looking for memoirs or books about their working lives by contemporary women scientists, specifically ones who work in laboratories. This is for a 13 year old who is interested in science careers. Looking for stuff published in the last ten years. We have read Hope Jahren’s Lab Girl. Articles or online documentary programmes would also work, as would recommendations of women scientists who are on Instagram (not other social media).
